May possibilities: It is really, really hard to tell without seeing the them. Spots can be caused by many, many different things, including: insect bites, infections (fungal, bacterial, viral, parasites), blood disorders, injuries, auto immune disease, etc. You should see your doctor so he/she can see your spots and help you with them.
