White Spots: This could be viral, herpes for example.
It could be fungal, especially since it is white.
Herpes should form blisters that break open and are painful.
This should of course be visually examined by your doctor.
An anti fungal cream might be tried first.
The best course would be to swab this and test for viral and fungus.

Wiskott-Aldrich Syndrome

If you are healthy no other symptoms disease is less likely.

Not usually : Pain in that area may be associated with hemorrhoids, anal fissures, rectal abscess,fistula,  rectal tumors.

Yes but: without knowing the cause, Allegra may do nothing but also won't do any harm.  As for rectal abscess, you need to see your doctor or an urgicare center ASAP. This is not something you should treat yourself.

Multiple causes : Lumps under the skin in this location can be a number of different things. Epidermal cysts, pilonidal cysts, lipomas, and abscesses are common lesions found in this area. There are also other more rare possibilities. See a dermatologist or plastic surgeon to have the area evaluated for possible removal by excision.

From bacteria: Most 'boils' are due to staphylococcus bacteria infecting the skin.Pus forms below the skin which swells to form a painful boil.Sometimes streptococci & pseudomonas may cause boils.Often the 'boil' can be cured by a special drainage procedure performed by your doctor.If the surrounding area is red & angry antibiotics are needed. If untreated the infection can spread to the blood & become dangerous.

Rectal bleed: Minor rectal bleeding like you describe is typically caused by a hemorrhoid or an anal fissure.  Please see your doctor for a rectal exam to determine if this needs treatment or just time to heal.  Meanwhile keep the area very clean; consider using a sitz bath after bowel movements.  Do not apply any topical medication unless your doctor recommends or prescribes something.

Mongolian spot: is a common type of birthmark of darkly pigmented skin, (brown, gray, or bluish in color).  Mongolian spots are frequently seen above and around the crack of the buttocks.  Most are prominent at birth but fade with age.  Persistent Mongolian spot can be covered  with skin tone make-up, or can be removed with cosmetic laser surgery. These birthmarks are harmless and can be a source of family pride.
