Need more info: Ash white spots may mean Macules -- innocuous lesions or Any of these dangerous diseases Gaucher Disease McCune-Albright Syndrome Neurofibromatosis Silver-Russell Syndrome Silver-Russell Syndrome Tuberous Sclerosis Wiskott-Aldrich Syndrome If you are healthy no other symptoms disease is less likely.
