Rectal bleed: Minor rectal bleeding like you describe is typically caused by a hemorrhoid or an anal fissure. Please see your doctor for a rectal exam to determine if this needs treatment or just time to heal. Meanwhile keep the area very clean; consider using a sitz bath after bowel movements. Could be many things: It could be related to hemorrhoids or anal fissues or other inflammatory/irritant changes in the anorectal area ... or even higher in the colon. Without an appropriate exam, it's hard to provide you with better guidance. Your best bet to dealing with this is to see your doctor in person.
