i was told i am allergic to yeast and due to this i got spores in my lungs that it grows with sugar.  the symptoms are much like asthma. i used to take a powder shake called target candida. the manufacturer shut down. looking for new solution.  ?

The spurs may be sent for analysis including eosinophils.
A blood eosinophil count and IGE level. Take an antihistamine and please have an allergy panel blood test.
An infection can trigger an allergic reaction but most likely you have exposure without infection.

i inhaled mold and i'm curious if mold spores can cause damage to my lungs if i inhale daily. can immune system handle it or i will get infection ?

Depends: Mold spores are in the air everywhere. It depends on what type of mold, how much and if you have any existing lung disorder. A normal immune system can usually handle mold spores, but allergic reactions may occur with normal immune system. If you have any respiratory symptoms, it would be prudent to see your doctor.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

i got dermatophytosis (ringworm) from adopting a kitten, can the spores go into my lungs? or nostrils? i can only see it in my face and arms.

No: You did a good thing to adopt the kitten. The fungi that cause ringworm cannot affect the deeper tissues of the body. They don't like the warm temperature and they are easily destroyed by the immune system if they pass deeper than the dead layer of the skin.

Infection/spot: You need to follow up with your physician for a ct scan of your chest. It sounds like you have bronchitis or pneumonia; however, all bets are off in a smoker: get checked!

Not necessarily  : Normal lung should not have ' spot  '  , when present with it , may be born with , as in hemartoma or undeveloped lung tissue , or scar from old infection as in TB , or a tumor benign or malignant. Physician has to asses which is which , by varies  tests including biopsy  for the correct  diagnosis & treatment. So it may or may not be cancer , need to discuss with doctor.

Many possibilities: Age not given nor if you do or don't smoke or if you did in the past. Cough can be related to a constant irritation of your lung tubes or an irritating process in your lung breathing tissue.The cough could be related to the "spots" in your lung. Hard and/or frequent cough can hurt the back and strain chest wall muscles. You need to see your Dr. soon for full evaluation. Spot cause must be IDed.

may dad 87 has pneumonia dr says he see's a spot on lung needs to re examine in 2 months could that spot be from the pneumonia itself ?

Yes....: The spot could be from the pneumonia. If it is, then it will get smaller over time. This is the reason for getting another x-ray in 2 months. If it is a tumor, it won't get smaller-a benign tumor will stay the same and a malignancy will get bigger. Getting x-rays over time will help figure out the diagnosis. Good luck!!!

Infections and: Cancers. The lung cancer screening project identifies normal lymph nodes as well. The issue of size and change, presence of calcium help to sort. Living in an endemic area, like san joachim valley in california, may indicate a fungus like coccidioidomycosis.

Need further workup: I would recommend either a follow up chest xray or  ct scan of the chest with IV contrast.
