Need to observe: Do these symptoms occur spontaneously or related to head movement. If truly blacking out, need to see a neurologist. If positional, could be an inner ear problem. Any cardiac symptoms? May start with seeing your doctor.

Many possibilities: Chest pain can come from many causes including heart, lungs, esophagus, rib cage and others. Not knowing your age, health history, family history, smoking history, cholesterol level, and additional information specific to this pain, it is impossible to tell exactly what is causing this pain. Best to see your family doctor or internist for a definitive answer as to the source of your pain.

Visual migraine: You are probably talking about visual migraine, a condition of the circulation in the occipital lobes.  These usually last from 5 minutes to at most 2 hours.  If you have photic flashes lasting a second or two, it is probably a retinal/vitreous interaction problem and not seizures.

Longer....: A TIA is typically measured in minutes to hours. A split second problem is quite unlikely to be a bad problem like TIA.

A number of things: Being a neurologist, we are always prone to work people up for seizures whenever they report 'blackouts' but of course, there are a number of other causes to consider as well.  Talk to your regular doctor, there are a number of proper tests they can order to help you before they refer you to a specialist.

For patient records: I have long called that "suffocation". It is very common and is a reflection of poor diet, especially sugar and sweeteners.

Not the heart: A myofascial syndrome can cause this. This is soreness in the muscle, ligaments, and soft tissues of the chest wall, cartilages,  and rib cage.

Head rush: Hard to say with this little information.  It may be orthostatic hypotension -- a drop in blood pressure with change in position.
