Cream, but...: Depilatory creams dissolve hairs so that they wipe away.  The hair left behind is usually softer than if it had been shaved.  Razors cut hair at an angle, making the regrowth look thicker & more likely to develop ingrown hairs & razor bumps.  The major downside to the creams is potential irritation & you need to use caution near the mucosa (mouth, vagina).  Electric razors are a good option, too.

Doubtful: Although I am not familiar with this particular brand of stretch mark cream, it is highly doubtful based on the science behind stretch marks that a topical cream would actually work to improve this  condition. Stretch marks are really similar to a scar produced on the external surface of the skin, but they are produced from overgrowth of internal tissue beyond the growth of the overlying skin.

You may need surgery: Often for patients who have lost large amounts of weight, surgery is required, such as a tummy tuck, to remove loose skin and stretch marks.  See a board certified plastic surgeon to find out what your options are.  There are no great over the counter remedies.

Stretch mark creams: Cocoa butter is said to improve the appearance of stretch marks.  Stretch marks are difficult to change because they represent traction damage to the skin such as with obesity or pregnancy where the skin is stretched apart and cracks to reveal underlying skin layers.

They will fade and become less apparent with time, whether or not creams are applied.

Don't really work: Creams that make stretch marks look less obvious only work if one uses some sort of cream every day. So, it is fine to use the least expensive, nicest smelling cream. The stretch marks don't go away (they're still there inside the skin).  Most people decide to live with the stretch marks and let them fade over the years. Important: some types of stretch marks may be signs of a hormonal disorder.

No: The hair-removal products one can buy at the drugstore do not contain estrogen.

Most likely nothing: I assume you are talking about very small amounts and not a whole tube?
At worst local irritation of the anus or rectum (with local discomfort) which should pass in a few days, and most likely nothing.
