what's the difference between a spleen rupture and a spleen laceration?

Rupture more severe: A splenic laceration means a single cut on the spleen which if not deep may not require surgery. A splenic rupture often signifies more severe injury and a higher likelihood of requiring surgery.

Congential : It's not really "on the kidney" is near the kidney.  An accessory spleen can develop at birth and does not usually cause any harm or symptoms.  It is usually found from abdominal x-rays like a ct scan, or a surgery on other abdominal organs.

Testing in Medicine : He is right. I can think of no medical reason to do it any sooner unless some other problem arises.  Patients often want things sooner or more frequently then is medically necessary.

: Pain in the abdomen is not always straightforward, therefore, your pain may not be originating from your spleen. Then stomach &amp; intestine are in the same vicinity. You would benefit from an exam in person to check this out. EBV remains latent in the body after initial infection and can “reactivate” with immune system compromise. You really need a workup before jumping to conclusions though.
