Irregular bleeding: It's not that terribly uncommon for women of childbearing age to have some kind of irregular bleeding or irregular cycles at some point during their childbearing years which it sounds like you are having. Do you take birth control? Because this can cause this as well. I wouldn't worry too much about it unless it keeps occurring month after month after which I would talk to your doctor about it.

Symptoms?: Light pink with wiping can be spotting, which can occur with many types of birth control.  If you are having any symptoms, such as pain with urination, frequency, urgency, back pain, or discharge, then you should be seen to rule our a urinary tract infection and/or vaginitis as causes.  If no symptoms and only a brief episode of pink with wiping, probably just spotting, and wouldn't worry about it

Periods can vary: Your menstrual cycle can vary for a number of reasons, including weight loss or gain, stress, changes in diet, and medications.   
Light menses and spotting can also occur in the first month or two of pregnancy.   It would be good to check.

Break through : Break through  bleeding can occur due to hormonal imbalance. Brown blood is usually old blood being cleaned from the uterus.  Hopefully, this resolves. If it happens for 3 or more cycles please consult with your gynecologist.

Occasional : Spotting can occur as a variation in many women's menstrual cycle.  There are also several alternate explanations, but would wait and see if it improves.  If not, see an ob/gyn doctor and get examined.  Your husband being 'fixed' is not necessarily a guarantee that it worked 100%.

Yes : In postmenopausal women an endometrial thickness less than 5 is normal. At your age of 29 an endometrial thickness is not particularly relevant. It will thicken as you go through the month and then thin out after the menstrual cycle. Unless you are going through ivf treatments or it is being measured for some other specific reason it is not clinically relevant.

Need Urine Analysis: Blood clots are never normal in urine. An examination and possibly labwork by a physician is needed. Sometimes blood is mistakenglt thought to be coming from urine.

Some thoughts...: In a woman with regular periods, some causes of a late period include: excessive weight loss or weight gain, increased exercising, emotional stress, having an illness, traveling, medicines (like birth control pills), hormonal imbalances, etc…  Seeing a doctor is a good idea if symptoms are persistent, recurring, or worrisome. Pregnancy is a common cause of a missed period, if ever sexually active.

Left over : it sounds like you just have a little left over blood in the vagina needing to come out after your cycle ended. If it does not stop or you feel concerned see your Obgyn for evaluation

Not typical: For most women, ovulation is mid-cycle (e.g. Day 13/14).  Try one of those otc (over the counter) ovulation kits to test our observation/theory.
