i have a little bit of spider veins on my pecks and upper back ? they dont hurt nor itch. is it common to have spider veins on your chest and back ? can spider veins appear anywhere. please help so i can know what to do next?

: Though not common, this can occur and usually needs no treatment. Yes the can occur anywhere on the body and if there are no other symptoms and no gradual enlargement need no treatment.

Not concerning.: The prominence of veins through the skin is affected by many factors including levels of hydration and dehydration, body temperature as well as outside temperature, medications and even levels of stress.  Fair skinned people tend to have more easily visible veins than darker individuals and hereditary plays a strong role also.  In a healthy person, visible veins are usually not of any concern.

See dermatologist: Although this is probably nothing serious, I would see a dermatologist or your gyn to be certain . Once dx is made, you might receive tx for the veins or other dx tests if needed.

Scleroderma: Scleroderma is a disease of the connective tissue featuring skin thickening, that can involve scarring, blood vessel problems, varying degrees of inflammation, and is associated with an overactive immune system.

Circulation/Raynauds: Turning blue when exposed to cold is an extreme reaction to what the body normally does in response to the cold.  When cold, the blood vessels in the extremities and superficial skin constrict to conserve heat.  This occurs more drastically for some, and may even turn the skin blue or cause pain in some people. This can be associated with other disorders and it is important to have it evaluated.

ASD: Talk with the doctor who knows the details of your ASD. A tiny ASD shouldn't be problematic. If there's a question about its' significance more work up could be necessary.

i (27 white male) have a sudden outbreak of spider veins and cherry angiomas (or what seem to be) under my chest and ribs. i do have a history of heavy binge drinking, but a cmp showed everything to be normal. could this be genetic?

WHat are veins for ?: Veins are a part of the circulation that takes "used" blood away from an organ and returns it to the heart to be cleaned and have "food" added. When there is something that increases blood flow to an area such as inflammation that occurs when there is an autoimmune or other problem with symptoms in an area such as the face, veins in that area may increase in size (dilate) to carry the blood away.

i have a line of a couple inches across my left ribs of spider veins. they are faint and not very obvious.  just barely noticing them.  causes?

Unusual site: In a young male, SV in the area described is unusual.  These may be normal reticular veins especially visible in those with light complexion.  In some who have advanced liver disease, one might see spider angioma.  These may be seen as a benign process in young adults;  more that five suggests liver disease.

22, have what looks like spider veins   on ribs area. only about half and in' to an in' long. had strawberry birthmark there. should i be worried?

Strawberry residual: Although most strawberry hemangioma's involute or resolve, there are often several enlarged superficial veins that persist, and I suspect that is true in your situation.  No worries.
