NO: This is a normal thing to happen.  There's usually plenty to still in to get her pregnant.  We consider one year of unprotected intercourse and no pregnancy to possibly be a problem.

Nothing: That is very normal and should not be of any concern. If you are trying to conceive, she could try tipping her hips back for 5 minutes. But typically you do not need to do that to conceive.

Usually ECP: After the sperm is already in the vagina, a woman can use an Emergency Contraceptive Pill (over-the-counter in the US, and easily available) within 48 hours. If past that point, she can contact her Ob-Gyn or primary care provider about a prescription-only ECP or get an IUD placed. Also, if a woman has perfectly regular periods, she can calculate to figure out if she is fertile this whole episode.

: If no leak then expired condom was ok and sperms touchingpanty area will not cause pregnancy- they have to be inside the vagina

No: Extremely unlikely for any semen/sperm deposited "outside" the vagina to have the capacity to enter the vagina and reach the cervix/uterus to impregnate.

Fairly likely: If you have sex at the right time and if so,e semen is in the vagina, you can get pregnant. Pulling out, or coitus interruptus, is not very reliable. If you are not pregnant, you might want to consider a better form of birth control.

Normal: Semen and vaginal fluids leak out of every vagina. There is no other exit.  This normal situation has no bearing on fertility. Sperm are designed to look for the cervix and swim through it.
