: It is unclear what you are asking. Sperm needs to reach and penetrate an egg for fertilization to occur. Latex prophylactics prevent passage of both sperm and seminal fluids. The wet fabric shows that fluids  were absorbed into its threads. Sperm could penetrate fabric as well, but unless deposited into the vagina in sufficient quantity, pregnancy is extremely unlikely to occur.

Can? Yes. Likely? no: Any time your sperm gets near the vaginal opening, there is a CHANCE of pregnancy. Is it LIKELY that a few sperm managed to wriggle through the fabric and find their way to the egg?  Not very likely at all.  If you and your girlfriend are sexually active with any regularity, she might want to ask her doctor for birth control for added peace of mind. Condoms provide best protection, though.

For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

1.no 2.depends: Pregnancy requires that one healthy sperm make the journey into &amp; up the female genital tract to the Fallopian tube where it encounters a fertile egg. It doesn't matter how the sperm gets into the vagina. In most instances sperm cannot travel thorough fabric, but I never say never.

Here are some ...: I could not find any known study specifically to address the issue of your concern. however, according to what I've known about medicine and the features of sperms in semen, the odd to pass through fabric is very low - next to zero. Even if passing through, the likelihood for sperms to survive well enough to continue their journey to fertilize a waiting egg is almost zero as well.
