It is unclear what you are asking. Sperm needs to reach and penetrate an egg for fertilization to occur. Latex prophylactics prevent passage of both sperm and seminal fluids. The wet fabric shows that fluids were absorbed into its threads. Sperm could penetrate fabric as well, but unless deposited into the vagina in sufficient quantity, pregnancy is extremely unlikely to occur.
