Anything: Most people think their whole abdomen is their stomach, but the stomach is in the upper middle or upper left of the abdomen.  If your lower abdomen hurts, that could be your skin, muscles, bladder, uterus, or intestines. If the upper part of your abdomen hurts, it could be acid reflux, pancreatitis, or other problems. See a doctor for an assessment.

Hemifacial spasm : Hemifacial spasm is contraction of one side of the face.  It can be due to irritation of the facial nerve due to a blood vessel but can also be due to other central nerve system disorders.  It is treated with Botox injections or sometimes surgery.

Left sided pain: The medications that you are taking can cause difficulty in thinking, speaking, and memory.  It is important to review the proper dosages and timing of the medications with your prescribing physician to avoid an overdose. I am not sure what the cause of the left sided numbness, poor function, and spasms. This may be due to a previous stroke or a neck problem with spinal cord injury.

numbness, tingling and spasms to right side of face. had 3 seizures cat scan, x-ray and mri clear what is the cause? (been put on keppra (levetiracetam) for seizures)

Have the MRI checked: If yuor MRI was not read by a neuroradiologist or done on a high field MRI machine it might need to be repeated.  Usually the test should be done with and without an injection of safe gadolinium based contrast.  If your doctor is happy with the quality of the test then you might need to see a neurologist as well if you have not already.

: TMJ is a condition that involves inflammation of the joint as well as spasms and pain in the surrounding muscles. It is difficult to treat without addressing the underlying conditions (often jaw clenching and sleep chewing). Talk to your Dentist about an assessment to check if there are signs of these as they can be treated. Talk to your regular Dr about temporary treatment for inflammation.

If new: it means you were exposed to something (sun, chemical) to which you are allergic more on one side than the other.  You can also affect the puffiness of your face by sleeping on it wrong.  To stay symmetric, sleep with your head straight up towards ceiling (so lying on your back)
