Yes: Be mindful of environments with increased temperatures though (e.g. Sauna, hot tubs, etc...).  It is best to avoid such scenarios.

Yes: It is safe to get a salt scrub. If you are in your third trimester, be sure to not lie flat on your back to avoid blood pressure changes.

Not likely, IMO: Research has shown that heat exposure of 100 degrees F or higher during pregnancy yields an increase in birth defects of 1.8/1000.  Fevers are more dangerous.  Fever sufferers totaled 1,865 women, and seven bore babies with defects, for a rate of 3.8 per 1,000. Women with no significant prenatal heat exposure bore defective babies at a rate of 1.8 per 1,000; same as 100 degree heat exposure.  FYI

Probably not: Most massage therapists won't touch a pregnant woman until after her first trimester because this is the riskiest time for miscarriage. Once you are passed week 12 you should no longer lie on your stomach unless your therapist has a pregnancy pillow or table. If you lie on your back you should have a small pillow or towel under your hip/back. No deep tissue massages.

Sure: What are you going to be doing there? Do a reasonable level of activity. Remember as your pregnancy progresses your center of gravity changes and things which you used to do easily you may not be able to do. Don't try to be Superwoman!

Inform of pregnancy: When having a spa treatment  it is important  to inform  the  therapist about  the  pregnancy. They may  avoid certain treatments such as  use  of  some acupressure points or  heat . Use of a hot tub or hot steam is  not  recommended. Cool mist and  gentle massage are considered safe. Consult your md  before  the visit  as  a spa treatment may  be contraindicated with certain medical  conditions

Menstrual cramps: Meftal spas containes mefenamic acid, which is a "non steroidal anti-inflammatory drug", like ibuprofen or naproxen, for example. These drugs are taken for menstrual cramps and should be avoided during pregnancy.

Spa and pregnant: As long as the water is fresh and not too hot and your pregnancy has been normal.   It should be safe.  Certainly if you start having any problems get out immediately.

How hot & how long?: A baby inside a pregnant woman stays at normal temperature regardless of the shower or bath temperature (unless the woman intentionally uses abnormally hot water). If the woman stayed in a hot-tub or a sauna too long and raised her internal temperature above normal, there would be temporary stress on the baby until the mother's internal temperature dropped back down to normal. Massage is fine.

is meftal spas tablet bad during pregnancy?  i feel i'm 3 weeks pregnant and i took 1 meftal spas tablet by mistake for leg pain.. i'm concerned

Relax: This is not likely to have any bad effects on your pregnancy or the baby. Do not repeat this error.
