No : Lecithin is fat and contains no soy protein. Generally people allergic to soy protein can eat soy lecithin without fear on an allergic reaction. There is no evidence that eating soy lecithin creates tolerance to soy protein. Sorry. Great question.

Read labels: Read labels and become familiar with products that contain soy or wheat. Look for the word gluten for wheat containing products. When eating out- ask if it contains soy or wheat. Ask for a gluten free or wheat free menu if they have one. If you know you are going to a particular place to eat out, check their menu online ahead of time to decide what might be wheat or gluten free.

At his 15-month : check-up, confirm normal health &amp; development. Have a consistent bedtime; feed, read, brush teeth, put him in his own crib in his own room, drowsy, but awake, with no liquids or pacifier &amp; let him learn to self-calm for sleep. The night crying will worsen at first,  then stop only if you ignore it consistently.  AAP. org has a  graded method for this if you can't stay out of his room.

Read the label: Be careful.  Read the ingredients.  Most likely, there will be a bolded section as the end of the ingredients list saying whether or not the product contains peanut or soy or if it was processed in a plant that uses peanuts or soy in other products.

See a Specialist: This is a complicated question that cannot be well answered in only 400 characters.  The problems with formula may be allergy or lactose intolerance or several other things.  You should have the baby tested for soy and milk allergy and you may need to try several formulas before you find one that is well tolerated.  Enfamil AR thickens in the stomach so it is less likely to reflux back up the esop

Rashes common: I'm assuming your baby is fairly new 
Rashes need to be seen for correct identification
Most of the food sensitivities have intestinal symptoms 
as well such as gas, irritability. 
rashes in very young infants are common and you should see your doctor for a proper visual ID

Depends: If you have a gluten allergy then avoiding it will keep you from having allergic reactions.  So, chances are your skin is better because of your good work.  Avoiding gluten is not an easy thing to do.  Congratulations.

Is he losing wt: Mist colicky babies do fine it is just very hard on the parents to see they newborn unhappy. Take heart as long as he is gaining wt and developing the symptom will most likely pass, keep in close contact with your pediatrician.
