Succussion splash?: Consider gastroparesis=a slow-emptying stomach that is most symptomatic after the stomach fills from meals. Maybe its functional due to brainstem reflexes induced by eating--often exaggerated in irritable bowel syndrome resulting in altered perception of gut distension, "growling", &amp;modified transit of food. Sometimes, gastric outlet delay may reflect inflammation, scarring, biliary disease, more.

Eternal pain: Sounds like an inflammation of the joints between the ribs and sternum.  This has cartilage, just like your knees.  When inflamed, they hurt on chest movement and may also click or pop.  This is a condition called "costochondroitis".  A solid dose of either ibuprofen, or naproxen for  3-5 days is usually therapeutic

i have started hearing a water dripping sound in my left part of the chest. it is clearly loud enough to be audible to a person sitting next to you. it occurs every 5 seconds, and is audible when i am either sitting on a chair or laying in my bed?

Need to examine: What you described may be due to breathing affecting the air fluid level in your stomach rather than anything in the chest. "Vaginal gas" ?'s: Air can be trapped in the vaginal canal , depending on body habitus (size) and shifting positions will allow trapped air to escape.  This has to do with the tendency for relaxation of the surrounding vaginal musculature allowing air to accumulate.

Sounds like: You need to stand up and stretch periodically.  If your tightness is relieved, would not make anything of it. Getting physically fit would be a good next step.
