LessInThe2ndTrimeste: Pregnancy can be associated with "dysgeusia," the "bad taste problem," maybe caused by high estrogen levels. 
It's more common than you might think and can result in no taste or an altered taste, like metallic or bitter or salty. It's said that adding sour will stimulate taste buds. So does MSG. Baking Soda mouthwash, brushing teeth and tongue and frequent rinsing with water will help somewhat.

Yes.: Hormonal changes during pregnancy, mensis and menopause are all associated with metallic taste that is usually temporary.

Yes: Gum should not have any problems. Just be careful not to get any caffeine added gums.

No: The anatomy of the temporomandibular joints is not such that any "manipulation" will help.  It could actually hurt. You need to unload your joints with a full coverage splint with even contact of all of the teeth to prevent teeth from moving while the spint is worn.  Pregnancy is irrelevant.  I suggest you see an orthodontist certified by the american board of orthodontists (abo).

No: Not unless the labial lips are forcibly held closed, as the air will escape the vagina during intercourse movements.

Cetylpyridinium: As a general answer, cetylpyridium is not safe for pregnant women.  It can severely damage the liver of the fetus. For oral thrush, gargle with salt water, avoid sweets, eat some plain yogurt every day. If it is really severe, then topical Nystatin (swish and spit).

prego and since 10 weeks, experience dry mouth and throat, feels not enough saliva. always have to sip on water.  is this normal during pregnancy, now 23 weeks, symptoma on going. what can i do?

Check with your OB: Healthy diet for 2, good sleep, and proper relaxation is a start. Never fail to see your OB to address any concern. Don't forget to see your dentist too.
