i keep getting sores on my stomach and my stomach itches why?

Few clues, but: Tiny and not so tiny bug bites are one (of who knows how many) possible cause. Outdoors, chiggers would be my guess in this season in the midwest. Indoors, fleas from a pet or bedbugs are possible. Let a doctor see it - it could also be an allergic rash and it may be treated with anti-histamines in either case. Good luck!

i have these painful sores on my stomach, and they hurt so bad. i think they may be boils or ingrown hairs. how do i treat these?

Painful sores: See your doctor. These may need to be drained and you will likely require an antibiotic. Drainage of any pus is the most important treatment. All the best.

There : There are a few different conditions that this may be.One that first comes to mind is intertrigo.   Intertrigo is a condition of warm moist locations and is more common in full figured people. It is often due to an overgrowth of yeast. See if it responds to over the counter Clotrimazole cream.

i get small pimple like sores on my upper stomach and they almost get infected and scar ... they pop up randomly and are painful?

Impetigo: It sounds like you have impetigo caused by staphylococcus aureus or streptococcus pyogenes.  You should try bactroban (mupirocin) (mupericin) ointment to the lesions and into both nares twice a day for 7 days.  Also use hibiclens soap to shower and shampoo daily for 10 days.  Have household members and sexual contacts treated as well.  Wash all clothes, towels and bedding in hot water. Change your toothbrush.

Viruses: Shingles is caused by the same virus as chicken pox. Once a person has chickenpox the virus persists in the body and can cause shingle. A person with shingles can transmit chickenpox but not shingles.
