See below: It's not the depth that is important, but where is the cut and are any of the tendons injured.
If not sure, see a hand or a plastic surgeon and make sure tetanus is un to date.

Bump: Syphillis is called the "great imitator", that is a rash from syphillis can look like any other rash; however one can not diagnosed syphyllis symply by looking at a rash, therefore specefic test for it must be performed, see a doctor for further evaluation.

Numbness in fingers can be due to carpal tunnel syndrome but color changes are uncommon.  Raynaud's phenomenon may be associated with autoimmune disorders. If you note other symptoms, like joint pains,rash, consult a rheumatologist. Vasodilator medications can help
