i have some sores on my back and on my arms but wont heal, although a scab forms. the scab is yellowish and reappears really quick if it comes. ?

Arm sores: There are certain limitations imposed by this format which include the lack of a photograph of the skin lesions about which you requested information, So it's impossible to tell you the correct diagnosis and/or therapy,  My Best advice would be to call and make an appointment with the dermatologist.  There are many conditions which make chores only arms and these definitely need to be looked at.

i feel constantly tired & have sores on my head, back, arms that won't heal. still have 2 huge sores on my arm from mosquito bites that i got in june.

See a doctor: This is quite abnormal and needs a full detailed history, physical exam and probably some testing. Don't delay.  Go and see somebody soon.

Get seen: By somebody competent. I'm not going to sugar-coat it. You have one of the vasculitis syndromes until proven otherwise. Even if not, chances are that you are seriously sick. Don't settle until you get a definitive diagnosis. Three of several possibilities are wegener's, churg-strauss and rheumatoid arthritis. Trusting also you do not have endocarditis or tb.

Probably not: Eczema does not usually cause open sores. You should definitely see your doctor about this. You might have an infection or other issue. Good luck.

Get seen: This could be serious, any of several of the blistering skin diseases. If you are taking any medications you don't really need, discontinue them.

Blistering: There are a number of conditions that can show up as blisters from poison ivy to drug reactions to autoimmune conditions, where the immune system is causing blisters. Please see your dermatologist for an evaluation and skin biopsy to determine the cause.

Needs to be checked: If you are concerned about these scabs and they are persisting for two months inspite of you shaving your arms.I will suggest you have it checked by your doctor or a dermatologist.

Med check up: Since your skin lesions are persistent, you need to have a medical check up with your PCP or  with a skin specialist(Dermatologist). It is not possible to guess what is wrong, without examination and some tests if needed. But go see a doctor first.

May need biopsy: Anything that does not heal after one month requires a check by a dermatologist to make sure that it is not skin cancer. If suspected, he/she can do a biopsy for further examination and confirmation of the exact diagnosis.

Skin picking: This is likely a form of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder.  Please see your doctor to make sure your sore does not get infected.  You need to see a mental health professional such as a clinical psychologist.  If OCD, a book called "The Body who Couldn't Stop Washing" by Rappaport can be helpful also.  Peace and good health.
