have sores in hair and on body, they bump up then scab over, the scab is hard , been to doctors and dermatologist ,no one seems to know what i have, when the sore bust tiny black dots spread and more sores appear. absolutely going crazy please help?

bacteria (especially propionibacterium acnes, but in severe cases, also staphylococcus aureus), 
yeasts (malassezia species), 
mites (demodex folliculorum).

Probably ingrowns: In that location, ingrown hairs are very common.  Try benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid or glycolic acid to clear them up.  If that doesn't work, see a dermatologist.

You could try some over-the-counter topical antibiotic ointment for a few days, but if they do not get better you definitely should see your physician.
