Muscle pain : Most Likely  its a muscular pain, take pain medication and follow your PCP if your symptoms persist or if its get wors.

Pain: Likely not heart related at your age and the feeling of irritation seems to be on the skin. Are you stressed? Please consult a physician if symptoms are persistent.

a year ago i had a pulmonary embolism since then my right side of chest has been sore and unable to get a deep breath most of the time.recently i've been feeling tightness in my right and left side of my chest and my upper back swollen left side ches?

: A pulmonary embolism is Blood clot, (usually originating from the veins of the legs), it breaks off, travels past the right side of the heart and lodges within the pulmonary arteries. Symptoms include severe shortness of breath (even death), increased heart rate and respiratory rate, chest pain and others.  Its possible the clot did not resolve, you had another, or maybe related to heart itself.

Get to the ED: Chest pain, especially left sided achy pain, could be due to a heart attack... Other possibilities exist of course.  Get to the emergency department and get evaluated regardless.

Go to ER: Left sided chest pain should be evaluated. Other symptoms that suggest heart problem are nausea, shortness of breath, sweating episodes, pain in arm or jaw. Risk factors include age, high BP, diabetes, high cholesterol, obesity, smoking and family history or heart disease.

can anxiety cause feeling of chest fullness/soreness? whenever i get anxious right side of chest feels stiff/sore but when calm i feel nothing

Yes: Anxiety can cause many symptoms from chest pain to shortness of breath to hyperventilation.  Seek the help of a counselor or psychiatrist with experience with anxiety to learn coping mechanisms to relieve your anxiety.

Many possibilities: There are many possibilities -  an area of redness could indicate a skin infection (cellulitis) or infection of the breast (mastitis). If this is sore or painful, it's best to have it examined by your doctor.

No: Thrush and GERDS represent an inflammatory process that rarely  causes the inflammation to involve region nodes.  If this were true for the tongue leukoplakia one would see submaxillary nodal involvement which rarely if ever happens  and GERDS involving the esophagus if presenting with nodal involvement would cause  mediatstinal and not chest wall problems. Have LMD check the so called nodes.

Dull ache chest: This sounds of orthopedic nature and less likely to be cardiac given your young age (30) and the fact that it is positional in nature. Best to start with an orthopedist. If you can't get in to see one for months, start with a fellowship trained physical therapist.

Musculature: If you do not feel a lump, warmth etc., then anything that is sharp or stabbing is usually of musculoskelatal origin (rib, muscles, tendons). Pleurisy would usually be associated with a cough and fever. This pain pattern is not typical of cardiac origin.
