Stretching: Stretching is very helpful for keeping your muscles from getting tight. It is a good idea to warm up a little before you stretch. You can do so before your workout & after. Drink plenty of water to flush out the metabolites (ex lactic acid) that are created when your muscles are making energy to move. These can cause soreness.

Is this new?: If this has been true for some time, your neurologist and doctor would be the best source of explanation from their findings. If it is new, you might ask for an eval by a neurologist and if it is new, sudden & unbearable - go to an er. Perhaps your sensory system is just highly sensitive and you'd need to learn how to accommodate. Hypnotherapy might be useful for training yourself in that skill.

Probably: Consider a standing desk, getting up periodically and taking a short walk can help, make sure you are getting enough sleep, plenty of water, consider getting some support -maybe a counselor, or talk with other similar minded work force peers. Consider a chiropractor eval. Best wishes

Sore Throat: If you have a significantly sore throat w swollen tonsils / lymph nodes – see your medical provider & get a strep throat test & culture. Saltwater gargles are helpful. Mix a tsp of salt in 8 oz of warm water – gargle w this several times/day. You can gargle w aloe vera juice a couple of times per day. A mix of chamomile tea w honey & a small amount of lemon juice is good.

Herpes transmission: Pretty good chance. The active lesions, particularly early on, are filled with virus in the tissue fluids, and any area coming in contact with the cold sore (fingers, eyes, lips, genitals, etc) is at risk. Best to be careful.

Possibility: Some things that can trigger (wake up) the virus are: stress, illness, fever, sun exposure, menstrual periods, surgery. There is a good possibility that this could have triggered it but since it can happen at any time i wouldn't narrow it down so much.

: This is little or no risk. Herpes is transmitted almost entirely by direct skin-to-skin contact, not through contaminated objects.

i just stuck a needle through my tragus and was wondering if there is any thing in the tragus that cause cause damage it is just sore but  other than that not much

The tragus is made of skin and cartilage and there is nothing significant about its presence other than a normal structural part of the ear.
