Sinusitis: This could be an indication for a sinus infection either  viral or bacterial-cannot say. You should see your doctor who can best determine what is going on and give you the appropriate medication.

Call first: If you have no symptoms or your symptoms are mild, stay home for self-quarantine 14 days or till recovery. If symptoms are severe or uncertain, call your health care provider to get instructions regarding testing, self-quarantine and possible hospitalization then follow through!

ive been tested a over a month ago for the virus came back negative. i had not felt good no energy, sore throat, dry cough, headache, tiredness but no fever at all. today i cant no voice at all throat hurts?

COVID testing: Have these symptoms developed since you were tested? If yes, would recommend medical assessment for testing.  For new sx's rest, hydration, acetaminophen, decongestant, cough med &amp; nasal saline irrigation may help mild symptoms. Make sure to quarantine.

Viral?: It's most likely viral as most upper respiratory infections are. It is possible it is bacterial and you were given the wrong antibiotic. Viruses may take up to 3 weeks to go away.

Infection: Sounds like you have an infection. What kind - is a different question. Most likely viral, strep is a possibility but cough is less likely in its case unless it's from the throat irritation. If it's not improving, see doc.

Sore throat: This is likely viral. Most sore throat cases in adults are viral. I recommend pushing fluids (clear &amp; lukewarm), doing lukewarm salt water gargles, 2-3 times/day, 15-20 seconds each. 
Taking Ibuprofen 800 mg up to 3 times/day with d food and using a numbing spray or lozenge may also help both your throat &amp; the headache. Also, eat softer foods.

Dr. can check throat: New throat pain can be from a strep throat infection (antibiotics are needed), a cold or influenza (antibiotics usually not used), or from some other cause such as allergies or irritants. Usually, one sees the doctor if the sore throat is bothersome, recurrent, or doesn't go away quickly (mainly to check for strep). A couple days of throat lozenges and Tylenol (acetaminophen) can decrease pain.

Viral or strep?: It is quite possible that you have a viral upper respiratory infection given the fever, headache, pain with moving your eyes, sore throat and cough. You could also have a "strep" throat and a have rapid test at a physician's office t (although it is not 100% sensitive). These two are sometimes hard to differentiate. 
Consider seeing a physician, especially if you feel that you are getting worse.
