Sore throat: This is likely viral. Most sore throat cases in adults are viral. I recommend pushing fluids (clear & lukewarm), doing lukewarm salt water gargles, 2-3 times/day, 15-20 seconds each. Taking Ibuprofen 800 mg up to 3 times/day with d food and using a numbing spray or lozenge may also help both your throat & the headache. Also, eat softer foods.
