You need to go to: a health care provider and be evaluated with a physical examination. I suspect you have a serious infection and need antibiotic treatment. Your description of symptoms is very worrisome. Do not delay.

URI: This could be from many causes to include mononucleosis, strep throat &amp; other bacterial/ viral illnesses. Can't exclude COVID 19 from that list.

A could of ideas.: I would certainly say that you have not provided enough information to come to a diagnosis.  Given your age, i doubt that degenerative disease/arthritis is to blame.  The most common issue that could cause some chronic symptoms that you have would be allergies with post-nasal drip which can cause some persistent sore throat.  I might recommend seeing your primary care physician.

Doctor can examine: New throat pain can be from a strep throat infection (antibiotics are needed), a cold or influenza (antibiotics usually not used), or from some other cause such as allergies or irritants. Usually, a person sees the doctor if the sore throat is bothersome, recurrent, or doesn't go away quickly (mainly to check for strep). Some throat lozenges and Tylenol (acetaminophen) or Motrin can decrease pain.

See a GI doctor: Use of agents which reduce acid production in the upper GI tract may be necessary, but first you need to be examined to make sure there is no other manageable cause for these symptoms.  Go see someone and get this worked out soon.

Urinary infection: You definitely need to be seen by a doctor. With the urinary frequency and back pain, I'm certain that you have a urinary infection. The question is, how much of the urinary tract is involved - as these infections can go upwards from the bladder into the body. That's why it needs evaluation. Your sore throat could relate to that or something else (circumstances of how you got the UTI).

Muscle pain: Hard coughing fits can cause the muscles of the back and abdomen to become sore. Combined with sore throat may be start of upper respiratory infection. Drink plenty of water, hot tea/honey for cough and heating pad for back. Most viral infections will worsen by day 3 and improve by day 5. Avoid unnecessary antibiotics as they only help in bacterial infections. If rapidly worsen see MD

See a doctor soon.: If you truly cannot walk due to pain and fever, you should seek care emergently.  Go to the ER.

If you think it's just body aches from a cold that is starting, you can try Tylenol (acetaminophen) 2 pills every 6 hrs, and some lozenges to soothe your throat.

If no better by tomorrow, see a doctor.

Glands swollen: If the glands in you neck are swollen with your sore throat they can irritate the neck muscles and the back of your neck can hurt.  If it continues for more than a few days see your dr.
