Bone marrow biopsy: A bone marrow biopsy is the best way to diagnose myelofibrosis. Signs that one may have this disease include anemia, an enlarged spleen, and odd looking red blood cells called teardrop cells (they look just like teardrops in shape). Myelofibrosis is generally not an inherited disease. An evaluation by a doctor can help figure out why one is always exhausted, etc.

ER/Ophtho: Could be Herpes Opthalmicus which is treatable and can completely resolve without permanent problems if treated early. Best to be seen by Ophtho who can prescribe coticosteroid drops, if needed. You may be put on an antiviral as well as costicosteroids by mouth. Are there any blisters or lesions on your face? Redness in the eye? It does sound like a Vth cranial nerve distribution.

i have hsv2 genitally but get the prodromal sore skin, nerve pain on arms and most recently face, eye, nose. worried hsv is moving up my spine somehow?

Could be expressing: ....through different cutaneous nerve distributions but not necessarily because it's "MOVING UP" This is not "flesh eating bacteria or venom from a snake bite that slowly disperses. Once a person has HSV you can consider your entire milieu as harboring viral particles.  Where they decide to express themselves is variable. You may've been innoculated anywhere FIRST.. See your doctor for evaluation.

Blepharitis: Could be obstructed oil glands at the edges of your eyelids.  Schedule an appointment with an eye md, but in the meantime begin warm compresses to your eyelids several times a day.
