Chronic wound: it's difficult to make a diagnosis without examining the wound or seeing a picture but since it's non-healing chronic sore, you need to see your primary care or preferably a dermatologist to get a biopsy done. Also make sure to always apply sunscreen.

Your : Your boyfriend should be evaluated by a urologist or dermatologist.  The area in question should probably be biopsied to rule out malignancy.  He should also be tested for sexually transmitted diseases.

Minor injuries: like this one tend to heal with conservative therapy like rest and NSAIDS (ibuprofen or naproxen, if you are able to take those, given your allergy profile and current medications). Hope this helps!

7 to 10 days usually: Applying an ice pack to the affected area can provide temporary relief and decrease swelling.  It's safe to take  Acetaminophen for pain, and, assuming you aren't allergic to aspirin, Ibuprofen and naproxen are also safe &amp; effective.  If you still have headache after 3 days or if you get new symptoms, please get medical care.  Dr. Anne.

Antibiotics: If it's an infected zit, you may need to have antibiotics either applied topically or taken orally. The best way to handle it, tho, would be to keep your hands away from it to prevent superinfection. Chances are it may erupt on its own or just regress. If getting worse or you are concerned, see your doc.

Forehead lump: Most commonly, a sore lump on the forehead could represent a small infection, like a small or large infection. Because the skin of the forehead is pretty thick compared to the cheeks, sometimes, the infection can remain a little more hidden and doesn't look red or have a head visible.  Could also be a cyst from skin glands or even a boney abnormality from the skull.  Best to get it checked out.
