i am 10 days late for period and have brown strechy like discharge only when i wipe-also sore nipples--i took a pregnanct test 4 days ago it was negative..discharge started last night--its a very very little amount?

Neg test = not preg: Irregular periods are one of the most common problems obgyns treat. If this is one time problem it usually resolves on its own. If this is a recurring problem you should be evaluated. Infections &amp;  hormonal changes can cause spotting. If there is a concern for pregnancy then do  a home pregnancy test .  There are many options available to help regulate the menstrual cycle. Schedule a visit.

Unsure: The sore nipples are commonly related to the rise in progesterone during the cycle.  For many women that becomes more noticeable after conception due to the markedly increased progesterone levels in pregnancy. If you have not done a pregnancy test, it would be appropriate to check one.  If your symptoms get worse then see your doctor.
