Monitor: this is a type of contra coup injury with whiplash injury of the neck; however, if you lost consciousness, have double or blurred vision, nausea, vomiting or fainting, you must be examined. I suggest examination and x-rays of your neck.

Basics: If he can bite/chew without pain or any sense of the teeth being out of line this is likely nothing serious. If the episode scuffed the jaw bone it can develop a blood collection/bruise under the skin that would eventually turn purple, or the bone could develop a transient (months) bump that is a bone reaction. If it doesn't bother him I would just monitor it.

Rest, ice,: Compression and an ankle brace are a good idea. You can see how it is feeling on Friday before the game. If you ice it and wear an appropriate brace or ace bandage you may be okay. When in doubt ask a foot /ankle doc.

Bruised foot: needs to be looked at, see a foot doctor for exam and xrays for evaluation and treatment.

Snapping hip: You may have a tendinous issue called snapping hip where the muscle tendons ride over the femur bone. The iliotibial band syndrome is also a possibility. These tend to resolve with rest, antiinflammatories and physical therapy. Please see your doctor for more answers.
