Can be normal: Breast tenderness before your period is normal. Premenstrual symptoms can change with time &amp; increase or decrease from period to period depending on age, diet, emotional &amp; physical factors. Period due ?'s: After a surgical abortion, which usually is indicated after 6-8 weeks of pregnancy, normal cycles take 5-7 weeks to occur, unless another pregnancy intervenes.

Unclear question: If you had unprotected sex since you last period, have missed your period by 4-5 days, you may wish to do hpt. if the result is negative, repeat the test 4-5 days later. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully.
If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

Depends on cause.: Breast soreness can occur due to stretching from increased fluid retention.  Breast pain can occur in conjunction w premenstrual syndrome, ovulation, your period, pregnancy, hormone imbalance or use of oral contraceptives. Consider midol, Acetaminophen or nsadi depending on possible cause.
