recently quit eating junk food (i ate late at night most nights). its been a week and my gut feels horrible. cramping, low caliber stools, burning sensation in gut. previously, ate healthy w/junk at night - now its only healthy. will this go away?

Sure: Passing stool that has a pale look is a clear indication that you may be suffering from iron deficiency. Iron gives stool its dark color.  Get checked out with a simple blood test. Best wishes.

Probiotics gatorade: First of all, if the diarrhea is caused by antibiotics- you should take probiotics such as acidophyllis to reculture your intestines. You need to get your electrolytes back in balance- and gatorade works well for this.  You may also need to use Imodium (loperamide) or Lomotil to control the loose stools.

Protozoa anaerobic: protozoan parasite.diagnosed by special staining  and visualization of the cyst and parasite
treated by metroniadazole,iodoquinol and the treatment is for 10-20 days
if relapsing screening of the family members is important

Blood in stool: Blood in stool may be from hemorrhoid, from bleeding gastric ulcers, colon cancer etc..., at you age it is unlikely to be colon cancer; but not impossible, low iron can be from blood loss, yuo need to see your doctor for further evaluation.

Blood in stool: I doubt there is a relationship between your low vitamin d level and fresh blood in the stool. Usually when there is bright red blood or if it is on the paper it is coming from a hemorrhoid. If it continues then see your dr.

Anal fissure: It is a very common problem, not to worry. Can be related to either constipation or diarrhea. 
A fissure should be evaluated by a colo-rectal or general surgeon .

You will require dietary, bathroom habit modifications and sometimes office based procedures if medical management is ineffective.

dairy causes bright red bleeding with painful and hard to push out stools! does this mean no dairy for my life!?! i don't do grains and try low carb!!

Not necessarily : It sounds like dairy allergy. Dairy can cause constipation and as well as bloody stool. If you avoid all dairy products for a few to several months you are very likely to develop tolerance and then you can have it no more than twice a week if you want to avoid desensitization
