Bubble on Penis: Cannot tell by your description. How long has it been there? Does it itch? You cannot get acne on your penis! it might be a cold sore. Best to see a dermatologist.

Organ meats: Yes that's right.  Organ meats such as liver are great sources.  But unless you enjoy eating that kind of food, i recommend a pharmaceutical grade methyl-b12.  I do not lke the cyano B12 becuase of the cyanide group attached to the b12.  B12 is also known as cobalamin.

It is systemic so many parts of the body can be affected and not just the stool: joint pain, fever, weight loss and fistulas.
