Pink eye symptoms: Most common are tearing, swelling and mattering(sticky mucous causing eyelids to stick together in the morning), starting in one eye and often then the other. Not painful and mild blurring of vision. Can get swollen lymph node in front of the ear and sometimes a upper respiratory infection as well. Usually runs a course of about a week.
