Because the fetus inside the uterus has a slight elevation of temperature, this contributes to fetal heart rate more than 100.

100 to 180: Normal heart rate for most newborn is 100 to 180, and if it is less than 100 the baby needs to be examined by the childs pediatrician
but you have to either establish the rate by feeling the pulse for full 1 minute or by auscultation of heart with a stethoscope and counting heart beats for full 60 minutes.

high heart rates: A resting heart rate of 100 is abnormally high.  This is call tachycardia and requires medical attention.  See your doctor for a check up and meanwhile go easy on the push ups etc.  You are not fit.

Corrected QT: The QT interval is dependent on the underlying heart rate. As the heart rate increases the measured QT rate shortens (so that the heart is "reset" for the next beat faster). The formula for QT correction is based on adjustment for this.

Brady: You need an EKG. It is unlikely to be a problem but a low heart rate can be associated with a prolonged QTc (electrical heart issue) which can be worse with clarithromycin.

i have had a low resting heart rate via my fitbit tracker that says its 53-58 im 29 year old male who works out and exercises 5 days a week no smoking or alcohol, is a low resting heart rate in this range of any concerns, its always been below 60

: A low resting heart rate almost certainly means you're in excellent physical shape. If you're concerned, it's entirely reasonable to get a baseline EKG. If it's normal other than the low rate, you can relax.

i am 68 -female resting heart rate in the low nineties. on snri for 20yrs.which has increased my heart rate. i have low blood pressure and normal chokesterol..a beta blocker lowers my pulse too much. is my longevity compromised due to higher pulse?

: There is not very good evidence that a high heart rate shortens ones life. And  no evidence that slowing it down helps you live longer and healthier unless there is a specific problem causing high heart rate. This may be normal for you as well.
