Your : Your history sounds very complicated.  Forty surgeries is amazingly extensive.  Please see your surgeon immediately as your symptoms are very concerning.  If you have weakness, fever, or vomiting then you must be seen immediately.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. What you described suggests colonic diverticuli or diverticulitis.  It would be prudent to see a doctor, preferably a GI specialist. Musculoskeletal : The most likely cause of this is a lower abdominal muscle strain or pull. Limited physical activity and heat to the area will help, as well as anti-inflammatory meds. If the pain does not improve with this, or if it gets severe, then you should see a physician to rule out a hernia.

i have bladders in the left side of my tongue, it does not hurt and i discovered about a week, ago is this normal?

Tongues: I recommend that you see your dentist or an oral surgeon to diagnose you immediately.  I am not sure that i understand what &quot;bladders&quot; are, but the lateral borders of the tongue are where lots of different oral lesions (sores, etc.) form.  Most are harmless, but some are not.  To be safe (and not sorry), go get an exam pronto!

Need a good exam. Pain could be from overy, bladder. 
or pelvic infection. Need a good exam and type of pain.

Need some tests done: Most likely it is UTI and needs to be treated. You may need an ultrasound done to make sure that no other organs are pressing.

Could be a stone: From your description, your pain may be from a stone passing down from your kidney toward your bladder.  As it does so, your pain will tend to migrate from back, to front, to groin.  Usually you will have an increase in urgency/frequency of urination as the stone approaches the bladder.  Blood in the urine may be visible. Your best bet is to be evaluated by a urologist.  Go to the er if any fever.

Maybe a hernia: Could  be a hernia or perhaps a stone. I would urfe you to see a GYN/OB doctor. With a normal urine i think a stone is doubtful.
