More likely allergy: If  you have otherwise healthy then the problem is more likely from allergies.  Try the OTC steroid nasal spray for several days . If still having problem, see your doctor or an allergist.

Sounds like allergy: It sounds like you may be allergic to something in your sleeping environment. Check to see if you have feather pillows as allergy to those is common. Sometimes pillows also collect a lot of dust so maybe buying a new pillow and frequently washing the pillow case may help. If you sleep with animals that could also be the cause.

In addition to: your antihistamine, you may want to consider a nasal steroid like fluticasone. These are good for allergic conditions like allergic rhinitis. Hope this helps!

Yes: Hayfever can develop at any time. Even though there are many over the counter medicines available it is beat to see a doctor to make the diagnosis.

Nothing: True pathological itching of the tip of the nose can be seen almost only in start of a zona of the face or vth cranial nerve. The second would be a local contact dermatitis.

I have yet to find a pathological reason other than above in a normal exam.

Rhinitis: You need to see an ENT / Allergist, but first see your primary doctor for referral, meanwhile, use saline nasal washes often, and regular use ofOTC antihistamines as cetirizine, loratadine or fexofenadine, good luck

Nosebleed: If this only happens in winter it's usually due to dryness of indoor air. The skin in your nose becomes dry ; the blood vessels break. Increase humidity in your home.  If it's a lot of bleeding and year around you should get your nose examined by a specialist.

And... of course there's the conventional over the counter anti-histamines.
There's also the possiblity of pathology In the Nose, like a foreign body, polyp, mild infection. each of which would require removal.

Sneezing: sneezing is a normal reflex that occurs in response to irritation in the nasal passages. in most cases it is acute, lasting anywhere between a few minutes to a few days often caused by airborne irritants like smoke or upper respiratory infection. if it persists and occurs constantly throughout the day ,then it may be related to a chronic condition, usually allergies---see your doctor for testing
