Unlikely propofol: It's unlikely this reaction is due to propofol so long after the procedure.  It sounds as though your husband is having a histamine-release reaction for some reason--like hay fever. Try Benadryl (diphenhydramine) or a non-drowsy antihistamine such as loratidine.  This should clear up on its own.

Allergic reaction ??: May have been to Propofol.  Ask MD if any other drugs used.  Should pass in a few Hrs.,if not take 50 mg of Benedryl

Several: If you are allergic and have significant nasal obstruction most of the time, the decongesting effect from exercise may well allow your nose to run and sneeze after allergen exposure. Another possibility is the increased exposure to outdoor allergens when running. You often see more rain drops on the car's windshield when you drive faster the same occurs with running vs walking.

Premedication: Take an antihistamine or rx nasal spray before exercise. If your cough is from asthma, take a couple of puffs of bronchodilator (albuterol) 15 minutes or so prior to exertion.

Depends...: If you are also having itchiness it is most likely allergies and you could take over the counter Benadryl (diphenhydramine) or Claritin( it should not make you drowsy like Benadryl (diphenhydramine) can). If not, cold symptoms may last about 7-10 days, but if feeling very sick or worse during the next few days you need to see your doctor. For now lots of fluids, rest, cough and congestion meds should suffice.

i just got home from myrtle beach and idk if i should get tested for covid.only symptoms present is sneezing and runny nose. the beach is currently a hotspot for covid.my state has no travel restrictions.i work tomorrow morning.how long should i wait?

See below: If there is any chance that you have contracted the virus - do not go to work, until after you have had a negative test - talk with you employer - I am sure that they will understand - going to work if you are positive - just risks exposing other people to the virus
