: Early pregnancy should not be causative of migraines.  Obtain a referral to a neurologist who may order a MRI,or provide medication to treat your symptoms.

Yes: Whenever you are actually trying to get pregnant, it is important not to take any medication (over-the-counter or prescription) without checking with your doctor. Some very common medicines can have adverse affects during pregnancy. It is better to be safe and avoid unnecessary medications at this time.

No: Unless you are being reckless and driving through potholes, curbs etc it is unlikely you would be affected by it.  Try your best to keep on surfaces that are more even than not.

No evidence of harm: After several decades of use and of research, there is still no scientific evidence that ultrasonography whether internal or external is harmful to human embryos and fetuses. The anecdotal stories of some women "who reported a miscarriage days after scan"  unfortunately can not be viewed as reliable or scientific. Pregnancy losses are sadly very common (up to 15-25%) without prior "internal scans"

Paracetamol: I'm in the U.S., but I believe Panado contains only paracetamol (acetaminophen).  At any rate, any med that contains only paracetamol (acetaminophen) is safe for the fetus, whereas many other even mild pain relievers are not.  You should probably talk to a doctor about your headache, if you haven't already.  Best of luck!
