Better: do before it is too late. Overdose on Opiod dependency is easy as tolerance develops. Suggest an impatient rehabilitation or Subaxone MD or both ASAP

See your urologist : Feeling a snap in the penis during sexual activity strongly suggests that you have had a fracture of the erectile tissue.  It is possible that some of the nerves to the head of the penis were damaged in the process or from the resultant inflammation during the healing process.

a year ago, i had 2 ll side-by-side dental implants placed. i still have my snap-in 2 unit nesbit. can this be remolded to use elsewhere in my mouth?

Not Likely Worth It: Since the Nesbit was made for a particular area of the mouth, even if it could be re-shaped for another area, the cost would be greater and with less pleasing results than to make a new one for the other area in need.

Exam first: Under the watchful eyes of a skilled pediatrician any child can be examined and properly evaluated. Your post is a bit vague &amp; does not point to a specific label. No testing may be needed if the issue can be explained by exam. When, if &amp; what testing might be needed would be determined by exam.

Difficult surgery: Once the sutures/plates in the skull are mostly fused, surgical correction of a head deformity is challenging and risky.  Unless the shape of the skull is creating a true medical problem, surgery of this type would likely not be recommended.

Improvement: The national health is a combination of accumulated wisdom, current pharmacology and technology, and the addition of new developments.  The liklihood is that these will all combine to increase longevity, prevent many conditions and cure many conditions.  Some infections have already been eliminated and work is being done to increase those that can be eliminated.

Knot on top of head: Has it been there since the time of injury ? Growing since then or just now? Would get xray of head  and then possibly CT of head or MRI as lesions can be bone ,cartilage , or other tissue .  Base on the findings you could proceed. F/U w/ doc

Need more testing: There are many causes for ED.  If you haven't had a thorough eval with labs and physical as yet that is where I would start. Also you might want to see an Endocrinologist for eval of you hormonal health.  Psychological stress can also lead to ED symptoms.  Try to avoid stressful situations before sex.  Increasing Exercise and avoiding smoking and alcohol use (before sex) can also help.
