Sebaceous glands: The oil glands of the skin are called sebaceous glands.  If they become obstructed the sebum accumulates and you see the whitish bumps - small sebaceous cysts.  If they become infected they will be pimples, the larger ones are sometimes called "boils".  An exfollient can help to minimize these.

Sebum: There are glands in the skin that release an oil substance called sebum. If your pores get clogged the sebum builds and thats wha you are noticing. The buildup of sebum coming from a pore that you are applying pressure to. It looks like a thin white string. Facial cleansing and exfoliating will be a good start. If you over counter skin scrubs can help

Montgomery Glands: Sounds like the montgomery glands of the breast. These are little bumps on the areola of your breasts. These can be squeezed and a wax like white discharge will come out.

They are not harmful and do not need to be treated and you should not squeeze them like a pimple.
