Dishydrotic eczema?: Eczema on the fingers and hands doesn't have to look like the dry, crackly surface skin texture of eczema elsewhere. Fingers can have itchy flesh-colored bumps, called dishydrotic eczema or dishydrosis. The treatment is as in eczema, with hydrocortisone cream or other steroid creams. .. and if the rash worsens or isn't better in 1 or 2 weeks, a primary care doctor or dermatologist can evaluate.

: Localized skin eruptions like this are usually due to an allergic response/contact dermatitis to a triggering agent. Disrupted skin can also become infected by surface germs. Many will fade if there is no continuing contact with the triggering agent over a 2-week period. Keep it clean and apply mild steroid cream and it may improve faster.

Local allergic rxn: is common from many different types of insect bites as well as contact to a chemical such as poison ivy and if you only have one spot, then it is unlikely to be something ingested, which would cause a more generalized reaction.  Both will cause itching instead of pain, which is more likely related to infection. For itch, cold compresses, oral antihistamines (Benadryl) and hydrocortisone cream.

Foreign body  Rxn ?: This is likely a response to a sticker or other foreign body that got into the skin, or an infection starting in a break in the skin.If growth is evident in 1 day it is unlikely to be a simple wart.Examine it closely & see if you can identify a sticker or other object you could remove.Monitor the spot on a regular basis & have it checked if it continues to expand.

Usually bug bite: This usually represents an arthus reaction (allergic) to mouth material injected by a bug bite. The body causes local capillaries to release fluid to slow down entry of any toxic materials into the system. It usually lasts a few days until the system removes the offending material. Rarely they get infected. If it spooks you have it seen. Benedryl can slow the swelling some.

Hi,: Sounds like you might have hives, or urticaria. See your dermatologist with some photos of active lesions to determine if you need an antihistamine or other treatments

Scabies?: It might be scabies, esp if it's in the webbing between fingers. The bumps look like the pic, and sometimes you will see small red lines or burrows. Permethrin is the tx of choice. However, hand-foot-mouth and contact dermatitis are also possibilities. See a doctor for a more definitive dx. Meanwhile antihistamines like benadryl (diphenhydramine) or Zyrtec will help w the itching. Good luck!

there are two pimples on mu hand. one is big another is small. bigger radius is about 2mm on my little finger looks transparent. plz help me.
