i am in my mid-30s with good skin and i use sunscreen, but i have noticed a few small wrinkles/fine lines around eyes and on face. best ways to treat these?

Botox: Depends on the location of the wrinkles and how deep they are.

Crows feet wrinkles may be addressed by botox.

Fine wrinkles under the eyes can be addressed with a chemical peel.  

See a plastic surgeon.

? Sinusitis: Unlikely a TMJ problem, chronic sinusitis/sinus congestion can cause such symptoms, you can use OTC NSAIDS as ibuprofen, unless contraindicated, if no improvement see your doctor, good luck

Doctor should check: Most people get a headache at some time, such as from colds, infections, lack of sleep, too much driving, long hours on the computer, stress at work, etc... Over-the-counter options include Tylenol, Motrin or Advil, Aleve, Excedrin and their generic brands. A "terrible" or increasing headache, recurrent headache, weird headache, or with other worrisome symptoms should be evaluated now.

Cervicl radiculopath: It is possible that you have cervical radiculopathy but the CT or MRI should have seen that. Usually however this does not manifest with face tingling around the eyes and nose. Bells palsy is also a possibility as this would not show up on an MRI or CT scan. I&#x27;m curious to know if you saw a neurologist as this would be a good specialist to see.

52 with a constant headache around eyes and forehead for over a month, blurrier vision, neck aches, and trouble concentrating. i had a head ct scan done 3 days ago and mri with contrast a year ago all normal, eye exam ok too. what else could this be?

: It is not feasible to provide an opinion without additional history, physical examination may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor to see if you may be depressed. Depression is treatable. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water.
