Veins : Generally vein bulging is caused by varicose veins   blockage causes redness swelling and pain.

1-2 weeks: The main reason for delaying exercise is to permit the groin to heal.  The procedure usually inserts a needle and catheter through an artery in the groin.  After removing the catheter, if the artery is not sealed completely, exercise with a lot of groin bending may start bleeding from the artery that had been entered.  It doesn't happen often, but when it does surgical repair might be needed.

Yes, sort of: Stress tests, such as stress echocardiogram and nuclear stress tests can give an indication that there are blockages in the coronary arteries, If these tests are positive you would need an angiogram for a definitive diagnosis.

Prinzmetal angina: Prinzmetal, variant, or vasospastic angina are all the same.  The coronary arteries go into spasm and reduce blood flow, just like a migraine headache.  It is treated with vaso-dilating drugs, like calcium channel blockers (norvasc, procardia, (nifedipine) diltiazem, verapamil).  It can cause heart attacks, but only in rare instances.  The cause is endothelial dysfunction, get tested for Insulin resistance.

People with SVD sometimes have chest tightening, squeezing or pressure, and may faint or pass out, especially during exercise.  If you've been diagnosed with svd, it's important to come up with a plan for management with your pcp and cardiologist so you can stay healthy!

It can also happen with normal large vessels and abnormal small blood vessels causing the inadequate flow. This is 'small vessel ischemia'.  We don't have surgery or stents for 'small vessels' at this time.
