Yes: Unless you have a genetic problem like turner's mosaic, the size of the uerus isn't too important. If you have a uterine anomaly (like bicornuate, or septate) this may cause problems, but not typically with conceiving.  If you are asking for yourself (and are 40 years old, as your profile indicates) then your age may be the biggest stumbling block to conceiving.

I dont see: why not  you may need an eval by a endocrinologist if you have menstrual irregularities but size is no contraindication

Different Technique: Often changes in measured sizes of organs just has to do with the technique in which the test was performed.  For example you could get an ultrasound 10 times in a row but 10 different or even the same technician and come up with different measurements.
However typically the uterus will shrink during menopause

Do not belive everyt: Everything you hear is not true. Ultrasound is a good test, yet it is not perfect. If there is any concerns a ct scan can be a complementary second test to be done when there is something really there either as persistent symptoms or a suspected growth/tumor.

"Smaller uterus" ?: Unless you were recently pregnant ( a year or so ago ? ) or have stopped having regular periods, the size of the uterus in the non-pregnant state is fairly constant at age 31.  This may simply be a situation of the ultrasound measurement being incorrect.

: The uterus is somewhat enlarged. Management could range from continued observation to medication to progesterone IUD to minor surgery to hysterectomy. Choosing the best option will depend on your particular circumstances, history, and exam. You need to discuss this with your gynecologist.

: Fibroids in the uterus are fairly common.
Your uterus size is not all that big. So you may not require any major operation right now unless you have excessive bleeding from your menses.
There are more than one ways to mange the fibroids. Seek advice/second opinion from a second gynecologist.
Besides Hysterectomy there are other alternatives to manage this problem.

Probably: The question is not how large your uterus is. Better to ask why you only have periods when you take pills. That is the most important thing to determine whether or not you can conceive. Small uterus: Small uterus in and of itself it should not be a major issue to pregnancy. The uterus does grow with pregnancy and you will be observed.The irregular periods should be evaluated.  Did the ultrasound note polycystic ovaries? , consider thyroid, prolactin, and androgen studies and endometriosis eval. Follow up with a fertility specialist. Good luck

You have left: out an important detail...which is whether you are sexually active.  If so then do a home urine pregnancy test.  If not then contact your family doctor or gynecologist for advice.
