: What you are describing is likely two tiny lymph node gland that were reactive years ago likely for ear or throat infections and now have stayed a little larger and have no tenderness and do not change. This is very common and not a worry. Next time you see your doctor, mention them and be reassured.

tight pulling feeling inner calf & thigh, sometimes on back of thigh. also get some tightness on back of calf. no swelling/color change. random twitches around calf. doc examined leg friday did suspect dvt, but no diagnostic tests done. what"s wrong?

DVT?: If DVT is considered, it should be looked for, I’d imagine.  Your symptoms are consistent with DVT, among other things like muscle pull or Baker’s cyst.  Could even be reflective of something wrong with the knee joint.  But if a DVT is considered, then you really need a Doppler study.

Leg pain: from the history, I agree that a deep vein thrombosis is unlikely, as there is no associated swelling, and from your description the discomfort is localized.  This raises the issue of a knee related issue, perhaps a popliteal (Baker's) cyst.  If you are concerned, then a venous duplex ultrasound would be a great test to determine if you have any venous thrombosis,  and possibly the cyst.

yesterday my right testicle rotated to a weird position and caused mild discomfort. i was able to put it back in place naturally. no swelling, color change, vomiting, fever, etc. no cremasteric reflex in either testicle, not sure if i had it before?

: It is hard to say in retropspect. Could have been a partial torsion. Best is to wear a good support underwear. If this recurs with pain pl go to an ER / urgent care to get checked out right away

i have a bump on the back of my head.  the swelling has gone down with some heat and essential oils, but the pain is still there.  the pain is now; the back of my head, my right ear and down my jaw line.  why is it moving? should i be more concerned?

: If you do not have fever, sorethroat and overlying redness of the area apart from after the application of heat I would say it could be due to muscle tension. Is there soreness of the muscles with no significant swelling, then just wait and probably use neck support and muscle massage with the essential oil and heat in the area. If any of the symptoms mentioned get evaluated for possible infection

Dvt: Localized pain behind the knee is not very common as a symptom of deep vein thrombosis.  However doing a venous duplex ultrasound (Doppler-sonography) would identify and clarify this issue.  Other issues could be localized knee problems, such as a Baker's cyst.  If there is a recent history of airplane travel, then ultrasound would be recommended as there is risk of air travel related thrombosis
