Does not add up: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that,  CBC does not measure potassium so the information you provided is not reliable and you should consult the doctor who ordered the test.

yes may need: Antibiotics , in primary lymphedema , lymphatic are not fully developed in some completely absent , easy to get infections , see your doctor

This type of nonpalpable purpura consists of reddish-brown macules that are usually located on the lower extremities and ankles, and spare the soles of the feet. These petechiae appear due to capillary leakage and breakdown of blood near the skin surface, leaving behind hemosiderin deposits.

Detail is important: Rashes are hard to describe in words. A doctor's exam can help decide what rash spots or bumps on the skin might be. Spots can be "post-inflammatory," the residual effects of an earlier rash. Spots can be eczema (sensitive, dry skin), fungal infections (tinea versicolor), psoriasis (autoimmune disorder), reactions with chemicals like soaps, allergic spots, viral, etc... Many possibilities.

No.: most likely is that hot water causing blood vessels dilated and then blood leaking out into the skin. if there's blood disease, it would cause large red patch.

Maybe: Petecchiae should not lighten if the skin is gently stretched.  Usually rashes like you are describing are associated with a viral process.  Recent cold or recent vaccinations may be associated.  A good physical exam and basic CBC blood est would be helpful.  Good luck!

got big and small red dots in my legs after shaving. didnt use shaving cream. what to do? is it because of the shave or not using shaving cream?

Folliculitis: Shaving with a dull razor or shaving without lubricant can cause the base of the hairs to get pulled slightly out of the shaft, causing redness and irritation.  Using hypoallergenic soaps or shave creams and applying moisturizers after shaving can help reduce this.

See doc: need to see your dermatologist for eval and possible tx...this could be an insect bite that might have become infected. The fact that it is spreading and painful should alert you to be seen by your doc.

Don't know: These lesions would need to be examined,  a history  obtained &amp; other tests may be necessary in order to diagnose them. Usually the lesions needs to be identified to determine the solution.
