i got bit by something 2 days ago which left a small red bump. yesterday it had a whitehead on it that resembled a pimple. it doesn't itch at all. how can i identify what bit me and if i should seek medical attention or not?

Observe pimple. Dont: pop it. If the redness/ soreness continues to grow, seek medical attention. Watch for systemic signs of illness like fever,chills,nausea/vomiting,spreading rash. All bad signs and must see doc. Otherwise,sometimes a pimple is just a pimple.

Needs to be checked: Red bump for three weeks and two smaller bumps  with white heads needs to be checked by your Doctor
From your description it seems like some infectious process.We don't know how old you are and if you had unprotected sex with some one etc.Your Doctor will take the history and if indicated you may need some tests like culture and/or blood test including tests to rule out STD's if suspected

Pimple on labia: The groin is an extremely common spots to get pimples.  Keep the area clean and dry.  Use hot water on a wash cloth or simply soak in a hot tub.  This will sometimes help with bring pus to the surface so it can drain.  If it doesn't drain on its own you may need to see your doctor.  You can use a topical antibiotic daily.  Best of luck.

a red bump appeared on the corner of my lip. the next day, the whitehead appeared, when popped the pus came out. is this a cold sore or pimple?

Pimple most likely: From the description this sounds more like a pimple as it built up over time and came to a whitehead before it drained. Cold sores are usually more flat and shallow, moist looking and sting quite a bit. Either way, touch it up with a little Neosporin and avoid sharing kisses with anyone until it heals. See your MD to confirm the diagnosis.

i have a pimply/red bump rash on my inner thighs by groin.  some have whiteheads/blister appear & peeling skin.  mild itch/discomfort.  what could be?

Friction: This type of eruption may be due to friction near the groin along with heat and moisture. Start be avoiding the wearing of tight jeans or pants. Wear boxer shorts.Try applying a combination corticosteroid and antiyeast cream like mycolog. See your Physician or a dermatologist if the eruption persists or worsens.

Staph infection: Most likely you have staph infection which should be evaluated at your doctor's office or urgent care clinic for prompt treatment. These bumps, if left untreated evolve into abscesses, which often need to be lanced for drainage. Feel better!
