itching all over the body, with small bumps which when squeezed discharges pus, is highly suggestive of scabies. Scabies is an infection by itch-mite which needs to be treated by a physician. If not treated, it can be there for many days and make your life miserable. It is a condition which is very easy to treat. Please see your doctor.

Infection: Have you had this checked out by your doctor?  It sounds like some kind of superficial skin infection - mildly concerning because it keeps coming back.  Anyone else in your family with similar cluster of bumps?  This is probably best handled by a visit to your doctor when you're having a flareup.

If the spot more than doubles in size, ulcerates, bleeds, develops a nodule, other spots develop, you get fever or lose weight, see a doctor.
